Welcome to Yum Run. By accessing or using the Yum Run platform, website, or mobile application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. About Yum Run

Yum Run is a third-party marketplace platform that connects buyers with independent sellers, home cooks, food vendors, food trucks, pop-ups, and small businesses.

Yum Run does not prepare, cook, package, store, deliver, or inspect food products listed by sellers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All sellers are independent users of the platform and are solely responsible for their products, food handling, pricing, business practices, licenses, permits, taxes, and compliance with local, state, and federal laws.

2. User Eligibility

By using Yum Run, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian

• You are legally allowed to use the platform in your location

• Any information you provide is accurate and truthful

For age-restricted products, including alcohol-related items, buyers must be 21 years of age or older where required by law.

3. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers agree to:

• Provide accurate delivery and contact information

• Review seller details before placing an order

• Follow all local laws regarding purchases

• Understand that Yum Run is only the marketplace connecting users

Buyers are responsible for verifying order details directly with sellers when necessary.

4. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are fully responsible for:

• Food preparation and handling

• Ingredient accuracy

• Allergens and food safety

• Delivery offered by seller

• Product legality

• Taxes and reporting

• Licenses and permits where required

• Payment collection if using external payment methods

Sellers must ensure all listings and products comply with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Payments

Yum Run may allow sellers to connect payment providers such as Stripe or list external payment methods including:

• Cash

• Venmo

• Zelle

• Cash App

• Apple Pay / Apple Cash

• PayPal

When external payment methods are used, Yum Run is not responsible for payment disputes, fraud, chargebacks, failed transactions, or losses between buyers and sellers.

If Stripe or other connected payment processors are used, those transactions are also subject to the payment processor’s own terms and policies.

6. Delivery

At this time, delivery may be handled directly by sellers.

Yum Run does not guarantee delivery times, delivery quality, or seller performance.

Buyers understand that delivery arrangements are made between buyers and sellers unless otherwise stated.

7. Age-Restricted Products

Some sellers may offer products restricted to individuals 21 years of age or older, including alcohol-related beverages and alcohol-infused products.

By purchasing these items, buyers confirm they meet the legal age requirements in their jurisdiction.

Sellers are solely responsible for verifying age and complying with all applicable laws regarding restricted products.

8. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Users may not:

• Post false or misleading information

• Sell illegal products

• Harass or abuse other users

• Attempt fraud or unauthorized transactions

• Interfere with platform functionality

• Violate intellectual property rights

Yum Run reserves the right to remove users or listings at any time.

9. Platform Availability

Yum Run may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yum Run, its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners are not liable for:

• Food quality issues

• Allergic reactions

• Illness or injury

• Seller conduct

• Delivery issues

• Lost profits

• Payment disputes

• Technical errors

• User-generated content

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

Users agree to defend and hold harmless Yum Run and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• use of the platform

• violations of these terms

• transactions between users

• seller products or services

12. Termination

Yum Run may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions or create risk for the platform or community.

13. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
